Tanzania & Simanjiro which is my home village
Kilimanjaro, Esilalei Maasai steppes land & Lake Eiyasi Hadzabe & Datoga cultural activities and Ngorongoro & Serengeti safaris & Zanzibar beach holidays, Ruaha,Gombe,Mahale,Saadani,Tanga & Mafia island!
Sharing the history of my people’s land, having fun with the guests, and making them laugh, being professional and caring towards everyone. I love being a guide!
I have been guiding for 21 years and I still love every trip!
I’m the son of a farmer, who loves nature, was born and grew up on rice fields on Maasai land steppes known as Simanjiro. I spent most of my youth helping my parents take care of our family livestock during the school holidays. I faced lions, leopard, hyenas, and others and even get a bitten by a black mamba snake and survive without hospital medications (I’ll tell you about this on your next trip!)
Our luxurious meal during this time, when we taking care of livestock in the jungle was ostrich eggs, we use to steal eggs from an ostrich nest, I think we were the fastest kids on earth because not easy to compete with female ostrich when she chasing you for especially you steal one of her eggs!
After completing Secondary School education I was lucky to join NOLS ( National Outdoor Leadership School) and graduate with Diploma in Wilderness Leadership. I also qualified for Wilderness Medical First Response Certificate under WEMSI INTERNATIONAL
I have lots of good friends through my job, I have children, a house, a farm, cows, and goats
Farming soya beans, taking care of my livestock in the jungle, helping my village chief with school and tourism plans for my village
I do love music and singing too, I love country music, reggae music. My favorite artists are Kenny Rodgers & Lucky Dube
African cooking style foods, organic foods
Anywhere nature calling me!
